With the shift to WFH, we recently decided to sort out our spotty internet/WIFI issues once and for all. We found BITS through a recent advertisement in our area. They were very prompt from start to finish with their calls, updates, and on-site (COVID-safe) work. We were provided recommendations on how to boost our WIFI and NBN speed within our home, with a range of honest and fair quotes. Brendan and his team installed new data cabling and access points to multiple areas of the house that previously had limited to no WIFI. We’re very happy with how the work was completed. Work calls are much smoother and clearer now - colleagues and clients have noticed the huge and satisfying improvement. BITS cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, something that’s a bit of a rarity in the trades and thoroughly appreciated. Will definitely recommend BITS to my family and friends.
