Top 2 Tail

My cat hates water so I have sent him here for a bath.. It cost me $80 for nail cliping, bath and etc and it took around 1h 30min. They told me to come back. I was actually worried cause I won't be able to know what is going to happen to your pet while you were gone. However, they sent me few pictures of my pet during the bath session as soon as I went to pick him up. Thus I was able to get a glimpse of what happened during an hour and half. So do not worry~ I will 100% use them again~

Such a wonderful job done by them! Just when I thought my dog is hopeless in teeth cleaning, top2 tail easily nailed it! The lovely staffs literally made my day. Will recommend them to everyone ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We took our medium hair cat Merry a few days ago and they did a great job of grooming him, he is super soft and still smells amazing! They were super nice and give us some tofu litter in cherry blossom. It smells great and both of our cats love it, which is great since they are very picky.

I took my Irish Water Spaniel to Top2Tail for her first cut. The environment is loving, calm and professional, and the results were fantastic. I have had a huge number of compliments on the quality of the cut. We would highly recommend and intend to return regularly. Thank you, Top 2 Tail!

Absolutely love these guys. They do such a great job at grooming out boys. They’re fast and affordable, the dogs roam around the front waiting to be picked up and the store is so clean.

If you are considering trying out this place, please read the following experiences I've had. They were very nice at the beginning, very lovely staff and services. However, things changed since last year. I have booked all appointments at the start of 2022, every month for the entire year. They cancelled each time for three months straight, never told you prior, and never provided any explanation, just cancelled whenever and for whatever reason. They never replied to the messages, never took phone calls, never called you back. Finally, I got a chance to connect with the shop owner this month, and he agreed to come to pick my dog up to make up for all the past cancellations. We discussed the time and everything, and not surprisingly, he changed the time on the spot where we had to call sick for my job and be able to drop my dog off because god knows if they are gonna cancel my next appointment. Got my dog in, and I asked for no cutting at all on his body fur. And guess what, they did, trimmed his entire body and head very short (it's winter now). The receptionist said, oh we didn't cut at all, it was the length before you dropped him off (I have photo proofs). I asked to clean his ear, not surprisingly at all AGAIN! They DID NOT. Many other very disappointing stories and there are better places with better services and attitude than this.

I had a good experience here, it was my puppy’s first pro groom and I knew he would hate the experience, but I’m sure they tolerated him so well. The only complaint I have is that they trimmed into the quick on one of his nails, I found the blood on the car ride home and I wish they had told me about it when I picked him up, and not left me to find it on my own.

So glad we found this boutique pet store. They did an incredible job on grooming but most importantly they were extremely loving to our fur babies. Mila can be a bit nervous with strangers but they were super caring towards her, even carrying her themselves. They also have a cute selection of toys and treats. Highly recommend them and we will definitely be back!
