So unbelievably impressed with the customer service from Christine today.I had emailed a question and a favour to work out sizing for some pants and shortly after o received a reply email and phone call to have it all sorted out with no issues at all.Also, in my delivery, there were some little chocolate treats in there as well.

XTM Torquay got amazing deals; and lots of different variety of snow gears.If I could put 10 out of 5 stars for the superb customer service from Jarrad, I would. He’s very knowledgable, like literally knows every detail of XTM items and 100% friendly. I think he deserve a promotion and a raise.
