I wouldn't recommend renting from this agency. If you do, make sure you go into smallest details on pre inspection documents ( including dust or spider's web on outdoor lights, or fingerprint on oven after professionally cleaning it etc). Also I would recommend referring to your own video and photos on the same document before moving in and using third party on inspection when moving out.

Worst property agent in the market! Me & my wife spoke to a lady called Rebecca a couple of months back on a few occasions and she is extremely rude on the phone, gave us the complete wrong advise. STAY AWAY FROM HER AND THIS COMPANY.I went with RE/MAX GBT Realty Property in Nollamara in the end. WORLDS APART IN TERMS OF KNOWLEDGE, SERVICE & HONESTY! They managed to help sell our home with ease and were very transparent throughout the process!
