Fantastic staff, prices and service. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Just Spas. At other places, I felt like I was getting a car salesman instead Of a helpful, honest staff member to help me, Just spas had those helpful staff members. The team at Just spas (especially Jess) were the absolute best and really helped us, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a spa

Just had my swim spa delivered yesterday and after the events of last week was extremely nervous and anxious. Well I can say the whole experience of buying a swim spa from Just Spas Hallam has been fantastic. The ladies in the store Lisa, Jess and Robyn were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Nothing was a problem to them. Thanks for your help ladies. And I should also give a shout out of thanks to Dammo from PreciseLift Crane Trucks, who delivered our swim spa with exceptional precision. Great job and thanks to all involved. Couldn't recommend them all highly enough. 5 stars!!!

Bought a spa off the lovely team at Just Spas Hallam on Sunday and I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service at the store. 2 staff members helped me through my decision process and I left extremely happily with my new spa purchase. Can't talk highly enough about the team there and suggest you give them a call if you are after honest information about your spa purchase. Thanks guys!

Promised we could get refund anytime over the next 12months when we signed up because we werent sure it would fit.. find out by the council that we cant and now they are refusing to give deposit back.

Cannot thank the staff enough for their help in supplying me with a replacement pump for a spa at late notice.Rang a company who said they had 4 in stock when i went to pick up a few hours later they had shipped them the previous day, tried online no luck and then another pump supplier in the Dandenong Ranges who still hasn't rung back after 2 day of saying they would.Just Spas Hallam go out of their way to assist new customers, with service like that I will be returning in the near future
