If I could give a minus rating I would! DREADFUL service! I have never had such a bad experience at any fast food outlet. All staff were flirting with school girls.Being a senior, I was ignored & I felt embarrassed. I walked out!

WORST kfc I have been to. Ordered a family feast. The chicken was disgusting, received wings that had absolutely no meat on them. Poor excuse for a meal and awful customer service

I am really confused. KFC can charge more in a small town than they do in the more major towns? I always get the same cheap items from KFC but this time everything was about $3 more than usual. We paid $17 for 2 tiny basic burgers, with next to no lettuce and absolutely drenched in sauce, for which we always get for $12.

Manager has no clue on people skills or food service. Car drove away in front of us because of messed up order. Told us hot and spicy was good to go and there would be a wait on original. Got to the window to pay and was told they had just put in hot and spicy as there were only two pieces left, so then had to wait for it to be cooked... super efficient... not. Young lady at the window was pleasant though.

Service slow, told to park illegally on a speed hump impeding foot traffic. The vehicles behind were angry with delay. Twice sent staff back for the correct drink. Food cold and zinger wrap no dressing. I will never go back.

Sat in car waiting for someone to talk to me in the drive through for 5 min. No one said nothing, had a great big line of cars behind me. So desided to drive up to the windows and place order and the girl looked at me funning like I was in the wrong. Then got my order wrong.

The best KFC we had in quite a long time fresh not greasy well done to the staff The chips were yummy wicked wings 10/10 burger meals were a big hit

These young kids need a lesson in service, basic courtesy and to lose the attitude. Service was embarrassing. Food was substandard thrown together and overcooked.

Whole restaurant is filthy inside. Toilets, tables, floors etc. Asked staff to wipe a table down and simply told too busy".Given incorrect order twice."
