I can't pass up an oppprtunity to praise great customer service and today, Blooms on Crown St - in particular, Brianna, has raised the bar keeping it together during this hot sticky weather.Happy to step backwards, put a basket of merchandise back on the to-do list and give me everything I need to get my hands on a great product I've been searching for - for months.Made my day! (customer service gets the comparisons convo compulsion when it's great or goop, This helps me get it outta my system)

They go above and beyond to assist my 89 year old mother (who's English is her 2nd language) be it for her prescription or covid injections. Highly recommend Blooms, Surry Hills. Very welcoming. I've found each and every member of the Blooms pharmacy on Crown St Surry Hills to be incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and caring. Each and every time I go there it's a great experience. I must add not only are their pharmacists helpful, the assistants have an exceptionally high level of knowledge in all the products on their shelves. Their attention to detail along with their genuine interest in providing such a high level of care sets them apart from the rest.

A newly refurbished,immaculate shop.Well staffed with friendly,knowledgeable, long-term staff who are very patient and extremely, caring.Feels like a family.No request is too much trouble. Provides a home delivery service which is invaluable when you are housebound. A generous loyalty program and the prices are reasonable.
