The 90+ year old gentleman lives next door on his own. He just had a bad water leakage under his kitchen sink yesterday; soon his living area next to kitchen covered with carpet were socking wet. We could not find the water switch to stop more water coming through; helped him to call a local emergency plumber from this company to fix the water leakages. The man came within an hour. He switched off the water supply and replaced an old valve under the kitchen sink in 10 minutes.However we were all shocked when the middle east looking man showed us the bill on him mobile screen it was $1199. Told him that this bill was ridiculous and not acceptable. He was very angry. He put the broken valve back and switched on water supply and asking for $289 calling out fee. The old gentleman was so frightened and begged him to pay half amount which was what he could afford. Eventually he agreed took money and left.It was unbelievable. What a horrible experience!
