Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff who went above and beyond. Competitive prices and quality products that other providers just don't have. I absolutely love my whole of house filtration system and water softener. I've stopped buying fabric softeners (which to be honest never really did the job) and my skin feels amazing, I don't know how I lived without it.

Waited all morning for the appointment between 9.00 - 12.00, no one turned up, no phone call. Cancelled other appointments to be at home for the changeover. Very disappointed, tried to leave a message on the business phone to arrange another time, that's not working either, just cut out. Very poor customer service

Phenomenal service! my whole house system I got installed was half the price of any of the 3 quotes I received and the Plumber Allusdair was such a great bloke my partner found him to be very politely spoken and approachable.

We just had our filter changed and advised the man that the tap is dripping. He claimed it should be fine with the new filter. It is still dripping and now they want to charge us again. This is disgraceful service and back to puratap for us.

Have been trying to get a water filtration system out of these guys since August. No-one calls back, excuses after excuses when I eventually call THEM back!Very unprofessional business. If your looking for a water system, bypass these guys, they will be of no help to you at all.

Have had a waterways system for 18 years, 2nd tap has only lasted 4 years, poor quality product, nothing but trouble with this tapI had an appointment on Saturday, offered by waterways no one turned up, no communication, it is now 3 days later and still no contact.As I had to work it was arranged that I would be the first booking as the plumber lived down south so would be at my house at 8am.I cannot believe he didn't show up and even worse,3 days later no one has rang me to follow upVery poor service
