Newcastle Jet Ski Centre

We recently bought a stand-up Kawasaki JetSki from Newcastle JetSki Centre. We just want to make a big shout out to Mark for his amazing service from answering fresh customer enquiries to his wealth of knowledge and ensuring the JetSki was delivered in immaculate condition to our location (in Western Australia) Mark has been wonderful with assisting us from start to finish with purchasing our dream JetSki. He was able to answer all our questions with confidence and he was able to walk us through the whole process in a manner that was simple and easy to understand. He even went out of his way (literally drove hours!) to have the JetSki packed securely in the freight collection depot. His outstanding customer service skills and dedication to his role certainly went a long way. He is truly an asset to the company. We highly recommend him and his team !!

Newcastle JetSki Centre just do it, no fuss, no fanfare about it, just good customer service, excellent product knowledge, great updates and communication.I live 370kms away, a five hour drive. I’ll buy no where else, have my Ski serviced no where else, and happy that by doing so, I’ll be well looked after.I recommend them to anyone who wants great service, no nonsense sales, and superb customer service.

Mark was really great and gave me a free appraisal of the work likely to be required on my 20 year old pwc that was sat in a field for 5 years. Not only that he spent some time to see if the motor would start and got it going right there there and then with a bit of fiddling. I very much appreciated the time he spared for me. Good guy.

Service shop are biggest crooks I’ve ever dealt with. Got quoted an insane price to get my ski going. Went elsewhere and paid less than 1/3 of the price to get back on the water. Go elsewhere.

Visited today at 12.15 after driving 1.5hrs with intention of purchasing a PWC. Upon ariving find that they were closed. Google maps, Website and sign on building said 8am-1pm

Had numerous visits to shop after being recommended by a friend in Sydney. Its a long drive , but Mark really knows his Stuff when it comes to Jet Ski's. Thanks for looking after us. Lovin the new ski

The person I spoke to in this shop seems to not know much about jet skis, he told me seadoo were cheap s*** so I left. He also tried telling me what I can and cannot do on a jet ski, which was wrong and incorrect. Maybe I should have offered him a lesson...: Thats like a dirtbike shop saying they dont endorse freestyle motocross. And thats just closed mindedness, its 2023 dude!
