Thanks for helping identify the Rough Scaled Snake which is super venomous and often mistaken for a safer Fresh Water snake. As it had set up camp right next to where we park our cars we had to relocate this morning.

Super easy to deal with on the phone, and the guy (didn't get your name, but you're a great dude!) showed up as fast as he could. I thought it was going to be a lot of stress getting my little red-bellied friend out from behind that cabinet, but he made it look easy!Thanks for being so chill about the whole situation, as a Brit well out of my comfort zone, the calm attitude and professional handling really put me at ease.Great service, worth every cent and will definitely use again if I ever get another snakey visitor!

Just called today to find out information regarding call out fee for relocation etc and lady on the phone was very dismissive and uninterested. Answered my questions but in a sassy manner and no sympathy whatsoever regarding my situation with my injured pet and water monitor altercation. Will not be using this service, bad first impression and middle aged woman is not the type of person you’d want to communicate with…

Late night visit from a large python. Scared the mrs and was afraid our small dog would go it. Bryce came out and was extremely friendly, communicated brilliantly (informing us of the snake's behaviour and what we need to do better to live with them) and put our, and the neighbour's, minds at rest. Live near a forest, so will see a few a year. But we have a different view on them now. Really great, calm, expert service!
