Went in store to bring my services across. Found the Manager Charlie incredibly rude, speaking down to me whilst another employee was serving me. Didn’t even greet me before hand.I actually had to leave the store he was so rude. Ended up going to Tweed Mall where they were really nice. Very close to not going with Vodaphone because of the poor service from the manager at Tweed City

Joe was very helpful with the set up of my new Apple Watch , thank you Joe .

I don't know where I would be without Melissa at Vodafone, I am an older person and not techno at all, she has been simply wonderful. Her knowledge of my new iPhone has helped me so much and her patience in teaching me is fab, I couldn't be without her. I have dealt with other staff as well and they are also fabulous.

Trushe at Tweed Heads store went out of her way, to help my partner get a replacement phone up and running, after he lost his at the airport. She was calming, informative, gave us all options available and smiled as she created a miracle for us, as his work would have been effected if not for her help. I would love Trushe to be noticed as employee of the month, or some recognition from Vodaphone because this was truly an act of passion for her job and customer service. Thank you

worst service ever do not use i brought a brand new phone and after 4 months it started to play up i took it back and showed them they sent it away took 3 weeks only to come back with the same problems they replaced some parts in my phone so i took it to apple and the told me that non genuine parts have been used voda phone tweed city are the worst 12 months in and i still don't have my phone WORST EVER

The worst customer service ever. I know customer service generally has taken a dive, but this beats all. Went into store asked female clerk what cost of plans and were etc. She said its all on the website read it there. Asked if they had any written material, she said no, you will have to go onto the vodaphone site. No offer to look it up and then she ushered us out of the store. First and last time, I visit that store.

Visited this establishment two years ago and was disgusted at the poor service and attitude of staff. Now much improved with helpful people and much more polite attitude.

Absolutely shocked at the treatment i received by two staff by the name of Casey and Melissa. Very condescending and rude. They were obviously understaffed, however it is no excuse to treat your customer like dirt.during the 30 minute ordeal i encountered they were constantly putting down a junior staff as if there were no customers in the store! I just cannot fathom how they still have a job when they talk over customers and snicker at customers on a constant basis. Snarky comments were deemed 'normal' to them it seemed.I was also shocked at the way they spoke to other customers as well. Vodafone HQ if you are reading this, you need to get rid of these two ASAP! I just cannot believe they're the ones who represent vodafone australia. I would recommend people to go elsewhere as you will be treated like you are stupid and inferior.WILL BE MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO HQ.

Sold 2 glass screen protectors (not cheap) one was ok and went on, the other was a different brand and cracked putting it on the phone. They won't even swap or refund it because they say they don't do warranty!

Exsperinced problem with my phone ( which wasnt everyday problem) sorted very quickly on the spot .
