Horrible experience. Left the wrong key for us. Stranded at 11pm for over an hour after driving from Sydney. Abused us when they arrived to sort it out. Faked that it was actually the right key (but left a different key and key ring) So unprofessional. 2 ladies in ulladulla. Will never use again

today made a booking and spoke with Trish, I gave Trish a list of requirements that I was looking for and only a few days notice till I wanted to travel, Trish she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to match my requirements and find myself a lovely apartment to stay in. I would highly recommend their service and quality of apartments to choose from.

Such an easy experience right from the time we booked through to arriving at our gorgeous holiday home. Everything was as we expected, the house was so clean and had everything we needed. We had a few queries and the McGrath team were super helpful. Loved how close to the beach and restaurants. Had the best time. We will be back.
