Good position in heart of Coffs Central, heart of Coffs itself. Nice friendly service with a smile. Date apple muffin, gluten free, had most filling of any gf muffin I've had anywhere. Thank you.

They’re pretty good with their coffee and their muffins are top notch but I’ve had a particular experience of getting toasties to the point of specifically saying “ham and cheese toasty, with no tomato”. Three different times I’ve said it and without fail they put tomato on it.

On Monday 23rd 2023, My son and I and my mother were served by the most rude staff I have ever met she spoke to us rudely, while taking our orders and speaking to us very disrespectful especially with my son who has a disability and then also to my mother telling her no I am taking the orders together and then doing the payments, I have never been served like that before at this muffin break before I wouldn’t come back here again I find that the one out at Coffs Harbour plaza is much better and has more better service and polite staff.She should not be working with an attitude like that. That was disgusting service. She should be sacked.The coffee and food was good.

Ordered a skim flat white coffee, received a cappuccino. Before I could complain, the staff were there with the correct coffee. Good service

Friendly staff. Ordered ham, cheese and tomato toasted sandwich. Firstly missed the tomato but the sandwich was the thinnest, most pressed thing I had ever seen. Cheese was non existent. No seasoning. Photos do it justice.
