Great to have a class at relatively small scale, and Kayoko-san modifies the menu slightly to align with the level or conditions of attendees. She also has Sound Bath Restorative Yoga with Singing Ring® class, this is sooooo relaxing!少人数のクラスで、参加者のレベルやその日の体調や状態に併せて微妙にカスタマイズしてもらえるところがとてもいいと思います。また日本語でサポートしていただけるのはやはりわかりやすいですし、かよこさんから的確なアドバイスをいただけるので、今後もぜひ参加していきたいです！

Kayoko is a great instructor. I have been with Yogazoh since she opened. I still enjoying every minute of my time there! I highly recommend Yogazoh to anyone.
