This wasn't the first time we had dealt with Ben on a sale, and before that as buyers. It was based on these previous experiences that we entrusted Ben with the sale of our precious first home in Balmain. Not only did we have to contend with Covid, but we had also relocated to Queensland, so we really needed hands and feet at the property to get it ready (after it had been tenanted) for selling. These unique circumstances meant that we had to rely so heavily on Ben to prepare and sell! Even in the midst of lockdowns, he managed to garner much interest on the property by making himself available throughout the week for private inspections and building rapport with potential buyers (one of his many strengths) to get us to auction day and then exceeded all our expectations with the final result. To say that he is committed, passionate, genuine, considerate and competent would be underselling him! Its these attributes that make you feel you're in excellent hands, whether you're a buyer or seller! The fact that tough circumstances don't even make the smallest dent in the final outcome is credit to his capabilities as well as qualities as a person. Thank you, Ben!!
