This is the most convenient place to stop for a coffee, a puppuccino and a treat! Matilda has made Coffee Mio the most welcoming, dog friendly spot on High St. Our girls insist on going here most days because they know they’ll get showered in cuddles and treats!! + they love a lactose free puppuccino. The pastries for humans are great too!

Coffee beans excellent, however not everyone can make on the weekdays specially if you are coming from a far away place, and on the weekend on Saturday just to early no chance if you had late Friday night.

I asked if they had a part in a quick phone call. Told them the type off coffe machine and was told to come on down".Firstly the address is wrong on yellow pages website. So I wasted time driving to a different address.When I got to the correct address they didn't have the part I had asked for."

Nice business turn around! Their hot coffee either black of white are good. I love that they serve a tiny butter cookie with the drinks! Yum! I would not recommend the viet phin as it is a lil bit insipid in term of coffee flavours.

Today I passed this area, and try the coffee there . Oh! I was impressed with the taste with the coffee, and the bakeries (The croissants here are the best, that I've ever had ,oh! And the little butter cookies were for free.).The staff are both polite and provide good service..We will go there again.

These coffee roasters are pretty good. Their espresso beans are consistently good. I am a regular customer, probably once every four weeks or so. We continue to go because they are so friendly, even giving my daughter some green coffee beans to plant at home! Thanks to my friends at Coffee MIO.Update: they are less friendly now than before. Before they used to look after loyal customers.

This coffee shop offers the best coffee and service, and is especially convenient for tradies like me. You can park right in front of the shop, grab your coffee, and be on your way.

I believe this place is a nuisance- don't get me wrong, it is not the staffs' fault. There is a beautiful Asian lady working there who has a lovely smile which makes me happy every time I walk past but... how did they get approval to put all those chairs and tables on the footpath? There is literally no room for pedestrians to get past, which is unfortunate because you need to get past to get to the train station, and 7-Eleven and everything else. There are people sitting at the cafe with dogs sitting on the footpath in front of them, so it's a tripping hazard and extremely hard to get past. There are people with prams and so on. Thornbury is a very congested area and I must ask myself why they don't put the cafe INSIDE the business? I mean, if A-boards have been banned why are they allowed to put chairs and tables on the footpath?Edit- the owner has now replied to my review claiming that I have slandered them- surely someone from Google can back me up on my belief that I am entitled to my opinion, and my right to take pride in honest reviews?
