Autumn Retreat

I have just had my first acupuncture session with Ange. She was amazing. I had a few things that I wanted to address like menopause hot flushes and carpel tunnel...the time spent in her healing space was so beautiful. I could feel the energy moving through my whole body during the session, clearing blockages and realigning. Thankyou so much.

Autumn and her team have given me hope that my chronic fatigue may be beatable. I have been working with Janine McCarthy (Ortho-bionomy) Lauren Allender (Homeopathy) and Sam Bladon (Kinesiology). Autumn is so welcoming and her supportive environment has meant that the health of my whole family has improved - we have even managed to conquer my partner's long-standing hay fever problems. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I have even been well enough to study with Mark Lambrick(astrologer and naturopath) which has given me a new perspective on my health and life. From the moment I walked into Autumn Retreat, I instantly felt calm. The overall energy of the place is very warm and inviting. I booked in for a reiki with Autumn. I was not expecting the transformation that took place. I walked in feeling very much out of sorts. I'm not sure what exactly happened in the session, but the person who walked in, was not the same person who walked out. Weeks after the treatment, I still feel the impacts of the healing. I am so grateful for the experience. Autumn you are an incredibly powerful healer. I can't thank you enough! Highly recommend!

Autumn Retreat is such a welcoming and supportive environment offering a suite of therapy options for everyone. Autumn herself is lovely and welcoming. I highly recommend Angela for acupuncture and massage as well as Christina for massage. It’s a lovely space too and you can book online which is great. They also offer yoga and other classes. You won’t be disappointed in the service. They also have a lovely gift shop.
