The customer service at this store was appalling. I was quickly trying on 3 garments which is their limit and we were told that we were monopolising the change rooms and taking too long and not “sharing” the two change rooms that they have in store. If you want us to be non-refundable items let us try them on first and make informed decisions. Won’t be coming back.

Lovely service. So helpful with trying on clothes. New items just being unpacked - offered to steam them before trying on but I wasn’t worried, offered again to make sure I could see the dress properly. Such a wide range of options in all styles and sizes. Great choice of gift items too. Really caring when we had someone feel unwell. Thank you!!

I posted a really positive review a couple of years ago, but perhaps the business has changed hands since. I will never visit this store again. Rude staff who discriminate. Apart from their actions being illegal as outlined in the 1988 Discrimination Act, they clearly have no compassion or care for their customers. Don't worry Pomegranate, you will never see me again, or receive another dollar from me. Used to love you and always spent up big whilst holidaying in the area... no more.

Love checking out the range of stock in these shops. Changes all the time. Never fail to find something I like or want. Staff were helpful. This shop caters to all sizes, worth the visit.

Used to love and support this shop, however after being discriminated against recently I will never return. I sent the owner a message highlighting my concerns and rather than discuss my complaint, they blocked me. Poor customer service. It's a small town and word gets around.

So rude. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We were rushed while trying on clothes in the change room. My girls and I were told we were taking too long after waiting 15 mins to be able to use one. I had only put my first garment on!! Considering they have a no refund policy we wanted to try before we buy.
