Matt owner of Coastech came on time, quoted a great price, did a fantastic job from start to finish. Coastech undertook our kitchen renovation and new hardwood floors throughout our living areas and hallway. The whole process ran very smoothly and Matt was in control of the renovation every step of the way, including giving up time on 2 weekends to meet us on site with the cabinetmakers. He followed up 6 months after the completion to ensure that we were still happy with the job and if we had any concerns.After renovating several homes both here and in Western Australia, I can honestly say that this is the first time a builder has followed up further down the track. There are many builders on the Gold Coast who either don't deliver what they promise or a job that should take a matter of weeks turns into months. Everything went according to plan, there were no hidden costs at the end of the job. We have, and will continue to, highly recommend Matt to family and friends who want a fuss free" renovation with great results at the end."
