Ordered delivery. Time given as between 19.05 and 19.25. At 19.50 I was complaining to my husband about how long it was taking and rechecked my email to look at the delivery time again….found a email that said the order was delivered at 19.07. Opened the front door and there it was, sitting outside on my doorstep in the cold, almost winter night. Both my husband and I were sitting next to the door the entire time, no one knocked…the house was lit up, the outside lights were on….how can you not knock and just rely on an email. The food was stone cold. Unfortunately it was our first order from Jade after becoming fed up with our local Chinese restaurant. Guess I’ll keep looking for an alternative.

Nice ambience, fast service during the week. Food is good, good old Chinese style dishes with corn starch sauses...large portions, came out fast, kids liked it. Could use some more spices and flavours to make it all more exciting...

Lovely meal. Fresh tasting. Not oily. honey chicken was crispy. Singapore noodle had the right spice and were not oily. Cashew chicken was subtle and not like glue. Black bean beef was not too salty. 5 stars and a big thank you

We had dinner at this restaurant with the hope we enjoy the food. The food taste is so bland, the portion is small and pricey. I won't recommend this to anyone unfortunately.

Firstly walked in and the restaurant itself looks quite nice, then you look at the tables which all had cheap boxes of tissues on them. The staff were very friendly but it was only 2 of them so service was quite slow. The entree's were ok but the main meals were not very nice at all. Their fried rice seemed like nothing more than boiled rice with some soy sauce added for colour. I would have to say it's the worst fried rice I have ever had. If I do choose to go back there it will be too but entree's only.

We ordered four dishes and an entree. It was quite pricey for basic Chinese food. The dishes were a bit too sweet but otherwise tasty.

Was unsure what to have for dinner last night so I thought I would try something new. And did not regret it the food was great fantastic Services, staff was polite and didn’t have us waiting long , prices definitely reasonable. I definitely will be coming back and would 100% recommend
