The Paediatric Dentist

Dr Sue made my daughter feel so comfortable. Highly recommend coming here, especially if you have a child that is a bit anxious. My daughter can’t wait to go back!

I’m actually really disappointed with this dentist. My daughter smashed her face on the tiles at home and we went to the dentist and was told her teeth were too wobbly and that she NEEDS to get her two front teeth pulled out. Bare in mind my daughter was only 21 months old. I was told that she needs them pulled with NO x-ray given. I drove home in tears. Thankfully I got a second opinion and was told she didn’t need them pulled out as she was given an x-ray and was told that her teeth were in fact not fractured in her gums. We were told to come back in 4 weeks to see her progress, that 4 weeks coming to an end today. Today I was told that her two front teeth are no longer wobbly, her gums are healing very well and her teeth haven’t gone grey. Her teeth are very well in tact. Had I not got a second opinion, my daughter would have lost her two front teeth and gone through a trauma, for no reason.If I could give zero stars, I would.

I find this practice to be very professional and my son feels very comfortable going to see the dentist here. I’m comfortable I’m recommending them.

Dr sue is a very professional doctor. She is very experienced as well. I highly recommend her to take care of your kid's teeth. She is amazing! She is the best. She does a great job!

We were not informed on telephone that it's non bulk billing clinic as we also informed that its our non referral first visit. Receptionist told that we have to pay full. We left clinic without seeing dentist.

Discrimination.Children should not be forced to have an experimental vaccine in order to receive medical care.I have never been here and I never will, I can guarantee that many won’t use this service because of these “rules” SHAME. Disgusting!

Daughter was refused because my Medicare card could have been fake and because I didn't have 150 dollars on me to cover consultation she was sent home without treatment shouldn't give them any stars but have to so I can write review I'm taking matter further can't believe they have the right to refuse a child in pain
