Bought coffee...The coffee machine looks like hasn't been clean in months.. .I do not recommend it.

The staff working here are always very nice and efficient with rushes of people. All the slurpee machines work every time I go there. Always a huge variety of cold and hot food, as well as doughnuts.

Very poor and unprofessional staff. The guy who was serving everyone, he was on his phone chatting with someone and taking a lot of time for serving as well as no communication with customers.

Soy coffee machine hasn't been working for weeks. I don't blame any individual staff, but rather management who should be on top of this. They told me to just use the other machine, when I'm allergic to dairy. I've gone about 4 times specifically for a soy coffee and just wasted my time.

They need to learn how to deal with customers who are their to spend money in the shop. And trying to hear what is said through a speaker you can’t understand is pointless. Considering I’m just in the process of getting a business Petrol card for 8 vehicles, it certainly won’t be 7/11’s version.

Customer service here is very poor, they also take ages to turn the pumps on and not to mention the pumps are super slow. I won't be using this 7/11 again
