My boyfriend purchased superga shoes from their store for my Christmas present. He attempted to get me a size 40 but they had no stock so they sold him a 41, despite my size being available online, and told him we would be able to return them if they didn’t fit. When i received them on Christmas day they were way to big, as expected given they weren’t my size. Attempted to return them yesterday and the lady insisted it wasn’t possible due to the 14 day return policy and it had been 30 days. Eventually they expected the return. I ordered my size online on Christmas day as i didn’t want to miss out and their store was closed. Yesterday I was instore and requested they check the status of my order as it had been a week and i had no response, and she said it was being processed and i wasn’t going to miss out. However today I have received an email saying my order had been cancelled. THIS STORE HAD TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Purchased online 2 tops on the 28 Aug and have waiting two weeks, now I have been informed its going to be another week. What does not make sense is that they are based in Melbourne and I live in melbourne. Not sure why they choose Australia post rather than startrack (placed an order from another fashion outlet and received in three days) . Sent them a couple of emails which they have ignored.....wouldn't buy from them
