Rian made all my blinds for my new home and did a great job. Highly recommend. My parents and friends have used them since and are also very happy. Compared to other pricing in Mandurah they were the best.

Rang a week ago to get my verticals realigned waited 4 someone 2 turn up on agreed day & time Ni call to say running late Rang them was advised cld now now come between 1 & 2pm accepted that It's now 3.26pm still no one no calls VERY DISSAPPOINTING Won't be giving them a 3rd chance

Fantastic service for repairs and blinds and curtain purchase was the best. Fully recommended this company wouldn't go anywhere else

Avoid this businesses!!! Very unprofessional,rude,and would not have a clue how to respectfully deal with customers!Never again would I use this three ring circus to attend any of my properties, make sure IF you get a quote and you go ahead with said work,that they honor quote and not try and extract more money from you for fictitious reasons!!!!!I thought I would stick with a small local businesses instead of the larger chain firms, and gee what a huge mistake! Sometimes it pays to use the big boys!!The owner needs a few good lessons in customer service etiquette,absolutely appalling approach when she contacted me!

Inept and forgetful. Damaged my home and ruined the blind he was supposed to fix. They have a gorgeous website but don’t be fooled, they can’t do the simplest task any more.

Rians Window Treatments , do not pay their bills. In good faith we have supplied goods that have not been paid for. Rita (the owner) is dishonest and has lied to us several times about payment. In the end we get a order from the magistrates court , but she moved all her assets into her partners name. The goods she has sold, we have not been paid for, we could remove these form the houses they were installed, as we still retain legal rights to the goods. This is not fair on the consumer, but Rian's just need to pay for the goods, she has been paid. Why can't she do the right thing
