I was gifted a voucher for multitasking mums services after having a baby, in theory, it was a great idea, however, I have found multitasking mums to have poor communication skills, last minute changes to my services without notice, for example I was expecting a cleaner at 11:15 and no one arrived until 1pm, I was not informed. The cleaner who came to provide services did not vacuum before mopping wet areas, leaving pet hair, and did not complete the jobs I had requested, but did however fold my dirty towels on the laundry floor that were to be washed and spent time removing leaves from and dusting my plants. It was really such a shame that my experience was poor, as I would have loved to continue to use the service if I had been satisfied with services.
