Always get the cut I need and want from understanding and experienced staff which always ends up being so surprisingly affordable and fast. Will always recommend.

I've decided to write this review because every time I see my hair in a mirror I'm reminded of my experience. The woman who cut my hair did not ask for my name, did not introduce herself and talked non-stop about her children, ex-partner and mother. I actually had to interrupt her to let her know my wishes for my hairstyle. She did not use thinning or texturising scissors when I asked her to take some of the weight out of the top of my hair. By cutting it with normal scissors she ruined the style and seemed unwilling to listen to or take my advice. When I asked her to use clippers on the undercut she went to the other side of the salon to get them. While she was there I clearly heard her say to another employee that Some people are NEVER satisfied." I was so shocked that I spent the rest of the appointment in silence. She continued to over disclose about her family

I just paid $84 for my 15 year old daughter to have her hair washed cut and blow dried . I was absolutely shocked ! They advertise very cheap prices and the salon is very run down and dated looking .my daughter said the hairdresser was really nice .however , the lady on reception was extremely rude ! She said that my daughter’s hair was very long and that I hadn’t told her how long it was when we booked over the phone (I had ) later when I returned she told me (rudely) that my daughter said she was getting her cut as well and that I didn’t tell her that (we had over the phone ) . She made me feel like we were a complete inconvenience .It was a very disappointing experience.

Go to super cuts every 4 weeks to have my hair done. Staff amazing and friendly. Will go over and above to make their clients happy.

They are cheaper for young kids (18$) but I don't recommend this kids. When I requested to make my 5yo's hair bit shorter the man kept telling me another customer waiting" several times. He was very rude.The lady at the reception was not polite either. Even over the phone it seems they are the busiest people on the earth.I have seen lots of elderly women coming here. This salon might be perfect for them.They have still options to improve on how they should behave with customers. And sufficient time should be allowed for kids. I would rather go somewhere else where price is higher but service is better."

I have been going to Supercuts for years and now my children go there too. Rose, Danielle, Anna and the rest of the team are always friendly and welcoming. They take the time to listen to what you're after, give professional haircare advice and use lovely products.

Went in for a trim, wish I could remember her name!! Brilliant wonderwoman saved my hair that I had (unknowingly) been over-protein treating since bleaching and was ready to snap. Gave me an awesome conditioning product as well as going hard in on my layers which sorely needed it. 10/10 would recommend!
