All Seasons Air Conditioning

Totally unprofessional. Staff (including the manager Kim) did not wear masks when inside their office, even after asking them to. Would not touch with a barge pole.

Great customer service. Got a unit 5 years ago and it is still going strong.Called up recently for assistance and they were amazing still.

Did not turn up...was told i wasn't home when was....they said they called but didnt....negotiation for another time to fix aircon too hard for girl/boy and ended call on me

Brad" fixed our LG a/c (under warantee). "Alesha" kept us informed about parts ordered for second visit and estimated time taken for the job so we could plan our day. There seemed to some delay between the people we purchased the LG from and handing over to All Seasons as it was a w'tee job."

Great service, know their stuff, reasonable prices!

Still waiting after a month for someone to get back to me with a replacement wall control unit. No after sales service.

My controller for the aircon went on the blink. I knew from other apartment owners that this had happened to them (we all have the same air conditioners). I rang All Seasons and explained that I need someone to replace the controller. I was advised that it is their policy to send a technician out to check what the problem is before they start ordering parts. I thought that was reasonable. The technician attended and after 3 minutes declared that I needed a new controller. He then left. I then rang the company to order the part. I was asked to pay $155.00 for the visit of the technician. I queried the amount and was told that it covers up to 1/2 hr of work. A bit over the top, most tradies/techies charge about $70-$80 for a call out (unless ‘after hours’ when, fairly, it is about double). I was told a new controller was $240 and would be required to pay a further $35.00 For labour. I informed the representative that I probably had 25 minutes owing on the first visit. Didn’t matter. So the new controller, valued at $240.00, cost me $190 to get fitted which Collectively took 20 minutes ( I’m being generous) to fit. By my calculations that equates to $570.00 per hour. For that price I could have employed a barrister and solicitor to fit it.

Worst experience from a service ever. Came to fix A/C - replaced the part which immediately broke on powering up. 1500 down and no A/C. .. not happy and will not use again. They were polite enough ..

Excellent from the first phone call to completion of air conditioning work of upgrade to airtouch zones through all areas. Now the upstairs is beautifully cool and we can control the zones effortlessly.
