Queens Arms Hotel

I had dinner there last Wed night with a colleague of mine 26/10/22. The food was great but your Duty Manager on the night Zac made our experience one of the worst ever that I have experienced in any hospitality venue. Firstly, he got the order wrong and was rude to my colleague when ordering. We ordered two steaks and one topper on one of them. When the meals came out I mentioned to him that they weren't correct and he was rude so I told him he needed some training in customer service and the way he presented himself. He got angry and came back to our table with two empty containers and told us to pack up our food and leave.We were in total shock. We never got the topper we paid for. We did sit there and finish our meals and drinks and when leaving we got some cash back from the bar staff for the topper we did not receive. The bar staff were lovely but Zac surely needs some disciplinary action taken against him. If he were on my staff, I would sack him. We were in town for 2 nights.Other venues we went to were polite and friendly. The tourist park, The Club, Nine on Ninety Cocktail Bar and Thai Roma. We will never step into this pub again and we will make sure no-one we know does either.Heather

On Good Friday, I phoned and booked a room for 1 adult and 2 kids. I then went on to the website and filled out their contact form. On Easter Monday I phoned to confirm my booking and to let them know I would be coming in late about 8pm. They confirmed my booking and told be to arrive before midnight.We arrived at 8.30pm to find out that there was no room for us. They were booked out.. they left a Mum and 2 daughters stranded without accommodation in a town 6hours away from home.

For $110 2 people got a great feed, a good nights sleep.Got greeted at the door and treated as people, every staff member was friendly and down to earth. The burger was very nice, the aircon worked very well in the room, the bed was comfortable. A nice surprise.

Nice country pub, good meals and friendly staff. Hotel rooms are very basic with shared bathroom and toilet. Main negative is the access to the male ablutions (stairs both up and down)

Best parmi I’ve ever had… and I work in a pub! Also the playlist was phenomenal…great tunes. Would 10/10 recommend!!

Our group of 6 ate here on a Sat night. Food was quality, fresh and well cooked. Steaks had a great smell and were well marbled. Pizzas were excellent.

This used to be a great place to visit and stay. Got there and had a price of $415 for our 4 nights, but were then charged $460 and were told it was a computer era for the cheaper price.Young staff member was totally rude about it, which I just brushed off. But she was like that on several occasions to my wife.ROOMS-Cobwebs everywhere, not clean at all. And for the price, we got a busted lounge that to use you had to sit on the floor with cushions as it had no base, wardrobe and drawers look like they were picked up off the side of the street, all broken and the chipboard falling apart.Would I recommend sorry but not anymore.
