Lorraine was outstanding. Her kindness, empathy and competence made a difficult week so much easier. The whole team are a credit to thier profession.

We had to arrange my mother's funeral service during the Christmas period. Something I was sceptical would be possible while most places are closed. Lorraine was such a pleasure to deal with, so warm, caring and accommodating. So committed to helping, she still came in to to work to see me after her car was stolen that very morning! I can't speak highly enough of her and how she made the arrangements seamless during such a difficult time.

Well after reading the other reviews its very hard to add more we found Lorraine to be the epitome of gracious love and respect for our David Shenton in every single way, he didnt want a funeral and Lorraine gave us options that worked for us and at no time did we feel rushed or lost she gave us everything we needed and wanted for the perfect farewell and we will be forever grateful and could not reccomend her highly enough to entrust your loved one to her care..Please take this as our very sincere thankyou for every moment of Davids time here in her care...xx THANKYOU Trisha and Lana xx

Losing our father put us into intense sadness, but we found some comfort during the service offered by Lorraine and Kay. They are very kind and considerate. By showing the respect to our loved one and our culture, they are very good ladies to be trusted with.

Paul and Darren gave the best funeral service for my uncle. His last request was for him to have a burial and they did an amazing job putting all the programs and his last wishes were granted. Highly recommended.

I lost my beautiful husband and best friend in March 2022. In what was a difficult time with my father passing away Cairns, and I being from Melbourne, I cannot thank Paul and Stephen enough for their caring support, guidance and professionalism in helping me arrange the funeral in such a short time. Paul provided tremendous support with the arrangements and Stephen enabled us to have a very dignified and caring service. Thanks to the whole team for making the process a lot easier.
