It can tick most boxes for you and is worthwhile considering as an alternative. It is a nice secure well cared for place and has an in ground pool. The frequency noisy lawn moving is somewhat excessive, and smelly recycled water used during the day not so pleasant. Friendly environment, but it pays to be weary of cliques.

Well maintained park. Good for the over 55s downsizing and wanting low maintenance life style.. lots residents use this as a base for their travelling.. seems friendly and well organised

Big clean park, plenty of facilities including a shaded pool.Very isolated and a bit of a drive to go shopping. Virginia is close but Salisbury has much better shopping facilities.

A fantastic place to live. The park is well maintained with pleasant surrounds. It has a large community hall which hosts many activities. The social life is fantastic. It's like being on holidays 7 days a week.

We live here.We think more could be done in the perimeter garden areas and walking track.A recent change in management has not been for the best.
