Not the worst but, pretty slow service, big line up to door, 1 register going. Should switch to DIY coffee, not Barista as it slows down progress

Really love this place as it’s my favourite stop off almost weeklyI recently became reluctant to stop as each time the team seemed too busy and the queues were long - could not get my regular coffee as I felt I would impact other customersPerhaps have more staff on in busy times - it will serve you as you have a great team

Arrived parked car in front of shop, needed a pay phone urgently approached cashier she wanted to charge me for fuel I did not purchase, on asking if a pay phone was available I had to explain to attendant what a pay phone was, where you used a phone and insert coins, she had no clue about the pay phone, just all a bit weird.AND THEN today 27/11/18 my truck broke down and was parked at this site for 2+1/2 hours in that time not one staff member approached me and asked if they could help. This is the true meaning of self service.

This place sold the Highest price of diesel，but what I concern is the staff. He said I did not put back the nozzle in the right place. And required me to go back or he refused to give me the receipt. With the heavy rain outside I had to walk in and out twice , my coat and hair were wet from the rain, such poor experience! I think if he give the receipt to me and ask me to check the nozzle when I come back to my car.i will do it and feel good. But unfortunately he didn’t, he just assume everyone as a thief

Always friendly staff but we need to find a better way of processing NRMA fuel discounts. The present method of scanning a smartphone screen is clumsy for the operator and the customer.

If you like petrol and waiting for it, get ready for a white-knuckled experience involving the perfect balance of skill and chance when selecting what row of bowsers to queue up at, wistfully watching as your adjacent rows immediately empty of cars while the car ahead of you remains empty, its driver presumably lost in what must surely be a labyrinth of well-stocked aisles near the cash register.

I went to pay for my petrol. The sales assistant asked me if I had used the pump twice. He was accusatory.I told him I had only filled up once. It was clear he didn’t believe me. There was no apology, he was very unconvinced at my reply.He was rude.I left there feeling pretty annoyed
