I've been using these guys as my clinic for about 6 years - 2 of those I've since lived on the Northside of Brisbane.Great StuffAppointment times are very accurate (+/- 10 mins of appointment time)SMS notifications for appointmentsBulk Billed for typical consultsReasonable pricing for more intensive procedures (no private health ins)

Very unhappy with their performance and communication strategy. Told to make an appointment to discuss treatment options for a potential BCC when the pathology results were negative, that is no BCC.Would leave 1/2 star if possible

Been going to this clinic for some years and always found them very professional - a few years back they picked up a BCC that turned out to require removal - I couldnt even see it - so top marks

I wish to thank Dr Lim and the recently appointed Office Manager/Nurse on the care and attention given to my Father, Barry Dyer on 09/08/2022.They were both professional and caring in the way they looked after my 90 year old Father on his last two visits. However, I wish to point out that on my Father's first visit, he and his experienced carer that took him, both commented that the first Doctor was the Rudest and most uncaring Doctor that had the misfortune to meet!"Your records will show who this Doctor was and I implore you to take action!That is why I have given a good review and not a bad one as deserved from the first visit.Please feel free to contact me for verification.Regards

I highly recommend SunDoctors at Sunnybank, especially Dr Alexander Durrani, who is extremely professional and caring. I cannot speak highly enough of Nicky, who supports all the patients and cares for all of us. I encourage everyone to have their skin checked.

I had my yearly sun cancer check-up appointment which I don't like to miss as I have had numerous cancers removed or treated.Two other patients there before me, I got there early and waited. They went in and left by then more patients arrived they went in and so on. After two hours of this I got up went to the receptionist and said I think I’ll leave and she didn’t say a word but made a sad face so I left. She didn’t even try, she could have said sorry you will be the next to be seen. It totally stuffed my day; I had half a mind to send the doctor a bill for my time and for my inconvenience. I now have to go to another skin specialist and have some things removed.Arrogance that their time is valuable and yours is not. So don’t go to this mob see someone who will treat you with respect.John

I found the Dr to be quite rude. I was booked in for a consult and biopsy, As referred by my doctor. I was told that this wouldn’t happen at I was late to my appointment (I was 35 minutes early) i was also told my sun cancer spot on my face didn’t look all that urgent. I was quoted the wrong prices and was told I didn’t listen properly. Prices were written on my referral when I was making the appointment, and doubled checked them with the receptionist while making the appointment. My overall experience was terrible. Should I need further treatment I will be going elsewhere. Dr Brendan O’Sullivan is not the doctor for me

I was 4 minutes late because I had to bring in my sick son and park a km away because of the construction at the hospital. on arrival I was was advised I had to wait an hour if I wanted to see the Dr. as he has chosen to take the next appointment which wasn't for 15 minutes.
