I have to say their products low quality but high price. Don’t buy from them. And their customer service is ugly too. I event don’t want to review one star if their is more options.

I purchased a dual layer mattress protector from Bambi about 6 years ago. While the protector kept my mattress in immaculate condition, 2 days ago while I was removing the top layer for cleaning, I noticed part of the bottom layer had begun to deteriorate. I contacted Bambi via email and they immediately shipped me a replacement which I have just received. I am very impressed with the customer service and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I would be very wary of buying anything from this company. I was searching for a non-toxic pillow and was looking at purchasing the Bambi Tencel pillow. I thought the pillow was 100% tencel but when I researched further I found it was only 60% tencel and the rest is fibre". I emailed customer service to understand exactly what "fibre" is used. I was informed it was "high performance polyester" and that their products are OEKO-TEX certified so there are no harmful substances in their pillows. I did some research on OEKO-TEX certification and asked customer service to provide me with a label number so I could verify on the OEKO-TEX website. From what I understand polyester is typically manufactured using toxic chemicals so I was keen to understand further especially since the polyester makes up nearly half of the pillow. Customer service refused to provide me with a label number to verify

I placed an order on their website, they sent me the wrong products. I sent three requests, still on one solve the problem. Worst online shopping experience.
