Had a very positive experience at the Mr Musig workshop today - where Mr Musig himself did a quick and thorough action fix on my guitar. He quickly relaxed the over-tightened neck ( the guitar's - he didn't tackle mine - didn't need a new saddle after all. A quick spray on the electrical and no more bangs and crackles. Very generous rates too. I will go back first thing I get any issues with my fretted or wind instruments .

It was my first time seeing Will and OMG!!! what a guy! He could've charged me for an extensive repair job but he instead asked me to return the guitar to the store and had like a full on 30 min conversation with me about the problem and what's the best approach for me. I so so appreciate the honesty and integrity. Will's knowledge of the guitar is unlike I've ever seen. This guy is a wizard and has a very keen eye. An amazing professional, and a true rockstar at heart. I found my guitar tech for life. Thanks a lot.

Will is the man for all your repair and service needs. Hours before boarding a flight to Japan for a series of shows I needed an urgent repair on one of my 12 string acoustic guitars. Will saved the day and fixed the guitar in time for my flight. A true professional and gentlemen. Highly recommend
