Fancy Phone

Sold dodgy screen protector, he even said once it was on he cant find a good one, but was still happy to take money for a sub standard product, with Optus and Telstra 15 sec walk away your better off going there

I went to Fancy Phone at the recommendation of my local bank. My phone and banking had been compromised and the bank required an official tech report that my phone was free from spam and malware. Kieran was fantastic and did a full diagnostic scan and, thankfully, my phone was free from anything suspicious. He gave me a report to take to my bank so I can reaccess my account.If you need any kind of tech support, on the Peninsula, I totally recommend that you call in and see them. The phone outlets are useless and do nothing except sell phones.Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

So friendly and quick. I had such a good experience that I’d gladly void my warranty getting it serviced here if I had a new phone. So awesome such a shop exists in Rosebud.10/10

Sean is great, knows his stuff and is very good at what he does and actually cares, I have had to use this shop twice in three years and both times Sean was there to assist me, I was surprised at the prices as I thought it would be more expensive, keep up the good work buddy and thanks again.

I went in asking if he could replace my charging port as I thought it was broken. He suggested he might be able to just clean it out and save me some money. He was correct, cleaned it up good as new, saved me a lot of money and did it in 10 minutes. Highly recommended him for his honesty and his professionalism. Thanks very much.

Sells rubbish phone protectors. Staff at Optus confirmed with us how inferior it was and it would not protect the phone at all just the very back.. we tried to return it within 30mins of buying it based on it not being a proper phone protector and he told me his policy was not to return just exchange. He stated to us that not once in his career has anyone been successful in returning an item". Under Australian consumer laws Australian's are protected from products sold that do not perform as they are intended to be used. This was clearly the case. He refused to give us an exchange no matter how much we tried to reason with him.. His response was just to look the other way and stop communicating. Luckily we bought the phone with a Visa Card so we left the product with him and organised a refund through Visa (who were fantastic by the way). Be very careful buying from this place."

Whilst he couldn't do a specific tablet repair for us, the team member was very polite and friendly.
