The young man working today around 1.20pm when I popped in to get fuel gave me the best customer service. I have struck him on a number of occasions and just wanted to acknowledge what an amazing job he is doing. Even tried upselling me some chocolate. Very impressed.

I don't usually go to Coles for my fuel but thought I'd run in today as I wanted to avail of the 4c discount. I wasn't sure how it worked so I asked the man serving me (Chris) and wow talk about amazing customer service. He couldn't have been more helpful with his tips and saved me almost $8 plus I got myself some decent FB points! Top Marks to Chris and tough luck to my kids as no more $1 slushies from the other petrol station as I'm going to Coles Express in future!!!
