Had to go to the tax office to amend what they filled in incorrectly. Also hey, apparently you can do your taxes really easily for FREE at the taxation office who are very kind and will walk you through it in less than 20 minutes.Edit: also forgot to mention that it was nearly impossible to get in contact with them via phone. I waited over four weeks waiting for a tax return and phoned them on multiple occasions leaving messages to call me back and they never did. Finally reache them Via email and that's when I found out I wasn't getting tax back and took matters in to my own hands.

Unfortunately can not recommend this company to get your tax back.I have lodged my tax application more than 3 weeks ago and the money is still not in my account.Around 5 days after applying I called up pink cow's customer service to ask if there was any way to speed up the process as I was short on money.However, the lovely lady said yes. I wouldn't have mind and could totally understand if she could not speed it up but she said yes

I dont normally give reviews but after seeing a few bad ones for pinkcow which i didnt make much sense to me i decide to take the time to say i had a great experience with them. I highly recommended them and its not only because how affordable the service is but because the process was really fast and they are quick to response to emails.I got my tax return faster than i thought and it was all hassle free.Thanks for all your helpI will be definitely use your services again !

I would give this organisation a zero star if I could! The worst customer service ever; they never answer your emails or your calls. They illegally lodged my application without my permission which has now caused huge domino effects. They provided me 3 different estimations to which none were correct, I had to pay an accountant to sort it out and now have to chase up with the ATO their mistake. DO NOT USE!
