So slow. Half an hour just for a simple box of chips and gravy. Do better we want to eat and catch a plane.

Couldn’t select less than one star, wanted something small to eat asked for wedges and beer combo, no sorry we’ve run out of wedges, then asked for chicken wings no sorry we’ve run out of chicken wings, didn’t feel like anything else got a beer instead, now flight delayed went up to order a burger no sorry we’ve run out of buns! Couldn’t believe so went for $17.95 9” pizza and when I got it it’s just a McCain round pizza in a box far out can’t the airport do the customers some justice and manage this?

My recommendation is this place The Bar should close and never reopen the staff working there should never ever work in hospitality again ☢️

Was given the wrong order, which is no big deal, but when I kindly told the lady at the front she started arguing and was rude over it.I showed her the charge on my bank statement and she finally agreed to give me my original order after minutes of arguingWhen I finally received the burger it was worthy of the 1 star review on its own

Over priced microwave burger .

The most cranky customer service i have experienced in Karratha Airport.Out of line of hospitality or retail character.Reception not just does not know how yo greet people and smile. My greeting with how are you to her replied by cranky facial expressions. It might be judgemental mentality based on seeing customer appearance like kid. I came her for fly out from my work as FIFO.If she think only her same skin can get a fair treatment, she should not be in the front line. This face make world think that Australia is multicultural but come to her world people perception is changed. Wake up and grow up lady. You're not living in the era of World War 2 anymore. Pandemic era you need more people to feel the vibe together not to stand alone being selfish, bias or racist.She is not just not greeting but keeping closing my request to get my flat whute to be warm not extra hot. When come to next people after me, she could greet and friendly.In this time as part of Google Community, we need change of this mentality and mistreated behaviour.Credit to Karratha Airport, for the time being airport is closed for international for WA Border Rule but very soon the international will open for international. And world does not need this type of sick mentality.

Ordered a cheese and tomato sandwich paid $22 dollars for 2 coffees and this - had one slice of tomato and no cheese - imagine if they had good food - they would get more customers buying stuff after there week/weeks of work

Nasty costumer service.

Missed the beer because wrong order made.
