I purchased a road bike with an integrated seat post. Long story short it was too low for me. If it wasn’t for Tristan I would have sold the bike. Tristan was an expert in his dealings and was trouble shooting solutions until he found a way to secure a seat topper that could be crafted to slide on top of the seat post. Thanks Tristan you are a life saver.

When you ride a performance focused machine like your bike which was designed by experts, you also need experts to fix it when it inevitably breaks.My bike had a cracked seatpost wedge and I thought that it was the end of its days. Tristan fixed it and painted it like it didnt even happen. The bike actually feels better after he fixed it.It's easy to deal with Tristan, he tells you how he will fix it and what you should avoid for it to happen again. His skill is remarkable and I could not recommend his services enough.

Tristan is an absolute pro. Found some damage on my fork that was completely invisible to the naked eye. Took the time to show me how he found it and provided a well detailed report which should help with insurance. The process to book in and drop off/pick up was super easy too - literally a stone's throw from the M1.

Tristan did a great job of repairing a crack in the top tube and damage on the down tube. Repair is undetectable. Did an amazing job with the paintwork too. This is the second time he has repaired a frame for me.
