My friend went to get 2 coffees he ordered 2 capps. Ganesh (staff member on duty) gave us half a cup I explained politely that it's only half a cup he said that its the coffee machines fault I said this is not acceptable and asked could.i get a full.cup of coffee which is what I paid for!!! I asked him to give us a latte coffee (at least 5 times) he made a capp again only half a cup and insisted on arguing about it he has a serious attitude problem.. I don't have any problems with any of the staff that work there except for him. I hope that he receives the relevant training that he clearly.needs

I'm there buy coffee, Sometimes sandwich to work everyday. And they have this 7 days reward, i choose a Milky drink, went to few 7-11 all of them out of stock, last time they let me change to V drink whick is also on reward list.The NEW MANAGER refused to let me change, and said the pervious staff are wrong, he need to find out. The drink always out of stock is 7-11 problem, not my fault! They should let me change it, and the New MANAGER was NOT reasonable.I will never come back, as long as that MANAGER working there, so now because of the drink changes, you guys lost a everyday Customer

Served thu 9th March 17 at 9:30pm I bought iced coffee long black, the iced coffee cup is not strong material especially if you put long black and i picked up extra for safety but i was asked to pay 2 dollars for the extra cup. I tried to explain but staff was not very professional and very disappointing as local and regular costumer.

NOT 24/7 for customer experienceEvery time I try and enter the doors are locked5:30am and some times 12:30pm due to workI can’t recall the last time I could pull up and get a coffee , and met by terrible service , absolutely hate

Friendly people service at here !!Such a lovely lady work here. I love here and missing her.It’s not that small place so you can have enough lunch here.Easy to see the product here.Not messy.

Lovely staff who do a great job of dealing with some very difficult customers. The caffe latte for just A$1 is a quality brew, ... fresh-ground beans, and a state of the art coffee machine. Unbeatable value !

Rude and dirty. Bought a coffee and accidentally knocked two paper cups from the dispenser to the floor. So I picked them up and threw them in the bin. Attendant comes over, opens the bin and takes them out.I hope you don't reuse those cups" I told him"they're not dirty

Long black is not water with a bit taste of coffee. I ask to check the coffee machine but instead of having a look the manager was very unfriendly and told us thats normal. We even didnt got our refund. Never again.
