Turf It Artificial Lawn & Landscaping

TurfIT installed the Landscaping & Garden at my new property in Brabham as part of the package provided by the developer. I did not pay or engage them directly.Considering the above so far as i am concerned their team went over and above to accommodate my requests and I received what i was offered.I note that all the representatives from the administration to the installers was polite and professional.Communication was prompt and open.The quality of products provided was good and the workmanship of an fair standard throughout.Dependent on price and particulars, i would seek an offer for future work required.

Sub-par work would not recommend

Known Ash and Carley for many years. So many satisfied customers. That I entrust my landscaping and paving with them. I have recommended many turf customers. A family owned buisness that exceeds your expectations

Poor communication resulted in me being pressured into the sale after turf had been ordered without confirmation.A patch of the turf was defective and yet used anyway; I'm certain there would have been waste from 120sqm.The standard of work installing the retic solenoid box was far less than satisfactory from that of a 'professional' to the point I redid it again myself.I had to ask for care and maintenance instructions/advice as none were left, not so much as a watering recommendation (timer set at 15min daily at midday) to get me started and leading into summer as it was laid in August.Only 4 months on and I had to reach out to the owner/salesperson, as I was concerned that the lawn was going to die (it was already pretty barren, looking at this stage).I gave them detailed info in this email regarding changes to timer settings and maintenance as well as things I had noticed so they could action/recommend as necessary. The response, like their work, was again less than satisfactory with no attempt made to assist or to come take a look and make recommendations. The email simply blame shifted onto me.I sought advice from a turf specialist who was shocked at the state of the turf after such a short time and so soil wetter was recommended as there was seemingly no soil prep done as agreed (which looks to have saved the day and my $6000 investment).

Turf It are the landscapers for our estate. Were very rude to communicate with, did a poor job of the retic and did not plant the plants we asked for. Later the estate asked them to plant trees on our verge and they tapped into our retic on our property (not the council) next to a sprinkler that was already there. I was not informed of this and one of the sprinklers that they later put in does not work.

Amazing service from the first day I met with Carlie from Turf It!!!Hiring Turf It is the best thing I ever did.After numerous disappointing/ outrageous quotes, no shows and meeting some pretty dodgy landscaper contractors & companies I had almost lost hope in finding a landscaper at all.Upon meeting Carlie for my quote she was friendly and professional and best of all HONEST! It was a nice change.Helped me finalise my design for the front and backyard that was easy for my mum to manage and she even pointed out cheaper alternatives to the design with the same end result.Working with both Carlie and Brodie throughout my landscaping work was amazing they really go above and beyond in their work & make the experience as stress free as possible.I work fifo and nightshift I’m not easy to reach or home for most of the job but they worked with my schedule and even when something went wrong or I changed a few things in the job they were so understanding and professional.I’m so happy with my new yards and I can’t thank Carlie and Brodie enough for everything they did to make it happen.

Terrible service, the first time. Communications were awful.Gentlemen who came to our house to make repairs, was lovely and very friendly. Helped fix issues, and explain some details to my partner and I.Email correspondences were awful. They responded in an unprofessional manner. And in condescending terms.Not happy overall.However If it wasn’t for the gentleman who came to fix issues, I would’ve given zero stars! He was kind, professional and rectified the issues. He is the reason I upped my stars from 0.

We thought they had done an adequate job until we had some other landscapers come to give quotes for paving.Shoddy job:- not enough sprinklers in our lawn to cover the entire lawn efficiently,- got given different plants from the ones we asked for,- got given bottle brushes after explicitly explaining to the consultant that we are allergic. When a different landscaper came, to give a quote on paving, we were told that an entire section of the garden is bottle brushes.- we were told, by the director, that the ground would be levelled before the grass was put down, which wasn't done.- sprinklers down the side verge do not cover the entire area only about 1m radius around the sprinklers themselves.However, they did replace the bottle brush trees with gum trees when we asked them to but left us with an entire section of ground cover bottle brush (which we weren't aware of).

Poor service- not professional at all.

Turf It revamped our entire front yard. Stripped back to blank canvas and implemented garden beds, artificial turf & stepping stones.Their service was excellent, the team were easy to deal with and had amazing knowledge & design ideas. Would definitely recommend to family & friends needing any landscaping done. Will be having the team back shortly to complete our back garden!
