I have been here many times and not always but one particular receptionists is very rude. Looks like she has been there for long time, yet she has not learned the essence of customer service. I understand she had long day and dealing different people but if I am approaching her with smile then at least she should be cordial. Not with blant question “what’s your name”.

Worst experience at the reception, and then doctor just did a superficial check up and done with in minutes. Poor English with zero communication and customer service skills.

I have been seeing Dr Duong since I was a little girl and he has always been a very patient kind and caring doctor! He will always see you even with a full list and doesn't keep you waiting too long! A+++

The wait for this place is amazing... You might as well go to the Hospital as the wait is about 2 hours plus to see a doctor.

This is the first time i have visited this medical centre since i moved to St. albans two months Ago.. I am glad that i was able to see Dr. Vaishali Bhalerao she is an amazing doctor gave me some awesome piece of advise for my health benefits and also gave me some tips as to how i can improve my diet and drink lots of water can make a difference to my health.. Thanks doctor!
