Disgusting- went through the drive through, got a crunch twister. Got home it was cold , and falling apart like it had been thrown around. I took one bite and the tortilla chips inside were hard and stale, as if was made the day before. Tasted old. Really disappointing

Today is the 12th June. It's almost 830pm I went to get food just after 8pm It was cash only only at the drive through I was unable to reverse out of the line, sat in line for half an hour just to get through, very slow, very unhappy that it was cash only again. In the span of 2 weeks. Eventually got out and went to chicken treat.

Staff need better management/training.Cashiers/packers are hyper focussed on whatever order is first on the screen with no regard for how to work effectively. So much lost efficiency.

first impression, clean, restaurant n amenities are well presented n cleaned on a daily basis, queues can get quite lengthy in the drive thru at busy spot of the day. Ordered quite a few times there, service speed was acceptable n staff were fairly friendly, known what they do and how. food quality can be a bit of questionable when the frying oil arent changed on time, had once ordered a box of original pieces where the oil was too old. Overall, i d give five star still.

This was take away meal Very unsatisfied with meal. Chicken under cooked still very pink on inside. Chips cold didnt even finish meal. Thought meals would improve with how much they raised prices. Think it was the worst more removing hot and spices from menu best kind. Gonna be slot of unhappy people. I Myself and my family won't ever be returning to this food chain. Can cook better chicken ourself at home. Very poor effort

Food is consistently poorly prepared. Food for delivery is not separated from drinks and chips are often thrown into the bag upside down. Resulting in cold squashed chips. How difficult is it to place chips into a bag the right way up?

Disgusting. Chicken rubbery and slimy. Chips cold. Mash and gravy boiling hot. bread roll dry, Burger cold. Worst KFC ever, will never buy from this store again. Not even worth one star. Complete waste of money, went in the bin.

Very quick service wasn't expecting to walkout within 5 minutes. Drive thru packed up. Dine in empty a consequence of COVID. I gave a 4 star for fast convenient service and a clean environment.

Ordered 21 pieces around 4pm today.Just counted at home after pick up but it was 20 pieces. So disappointed. This is a simple thing. A small mistake of you guys makes customer unhappy.
