Has taken 4 trips to get a chip from a cpat machine read. was lied to by the woman from out the back. am very upset regarding the incompetency of these people. not sure if its a reflection on the whole business or just the one in Wangaratta...unfortunately we nay have to use them again....may try for a different office if possible
