I recently visited Surry Hills Tyre and Auto to have four brand new tires fitted, as well as a wheel alignment. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from technician Alex. He was extremely knowledgeable and skilled, and took great care to ensure that the job was done to the highest possible standard.From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly smile and excellent customer service. Alex took the time to explain the different types of tires available and helped me choose the best ones for my car. He then carried out the work efficiently and with great attention to detail, making sure that the tires were perfectly aligned and balanced.Overall, I was extremely impressed with Surry Hills Tyre and Auto and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of new tires or other auto services. I can highly recommend Alex and the team at Surry Hills Tyre & Auto - I was in need of urgent puncture repair and they handled my needs in a very professional manner and I was back on the road in time for my next appointment. They also identified a potential safety issue with the stud on my tyre, explained it could be repaired at a later time as it would take few hours to repair and acquire the part but I wanted to make sure I was going to be ok on upcoming long drives so needed it sorted there and then - they did so in the time frame they said. I was very relieved and happy with their efficiency. 5 stars for sure.

Amazing experience.. Alex just saved me so much stress, time and money by fixing a very costly to replace tyre. Some people could have taken advantage but he worked wonders and the price was amazing too!Thank we need more businesses like this.. highly recommended

No wonder this place gets 5 star reviews, how often do you go in for a tire service fully expecting an upsell or extra costs...not in this case...Alex said you don't need the service, you have a screw in one tire that we removed and we've added air in all tires, all at NO COST. They said come back in a few months and off course they now have my business for life!
