Studio Pilates International Springwood
Love this place!I have done 13 session with them so far and I am loving it. After my two pregnancies my core muscles were weak and I can feel the strength in my body since I started Pilates, add to that my energy levels are way better and my posture is looking good.The team is super friendly and helpful, and there is so much variety in the session which makes it fun and not boring at all.Whether you are an athlete or just like me wanting to get some momentum and strength in your body, I highly recommend Studio Pilates, there is always a level for everyone :)

I'm very much enjoying the classes offered by Studio Pilates Springwood. The centre is clean and well presented, staff are friendly and welcoming, and, whilst the workouts are sometimes tough, they are interesting and varied.

Studio Pilates International Springwood
I have joined a couple of Pilates clubs before but Studio Pilates is the best! I like it because I get so much support to correct my form during the class. The trainers are all very friendly and welcoming too!

I really enjoy going to Studio Pilates Springwood. They are very professional & all classes I have done have been great. The girls push you hard, which is exactly what you want. It’s been great for post knee reconstruction rehab & would recommend it for general core strength & fitness. It will now become part of my regular exercise routine.

Studio Pilates International Springwood
I have recently started Pilates classes for the first time and for someone who has been weight training for many years I can honestly say that I am now converted to Pilates, I love it, it is challenging and my body feels like it has had such a great workout after a class. I am so glad I started. The instructors are so lovely and helpful and really motivate you to push harder.

Best decision I’ve ever made. I did gym before but didn’t have enough resolve to maintain on a regular basis. It took me a while to decide to try pilates. The $60 class pack did help nudge me in the right direction. After the initial class pack, I could already feel stronger & more energized. I have been hooked since then. No more back & shoulder pain. I do not feel tired at the end of a work day any more. Now I try to maintain at least 3 classes per week. The centre has gone through extensive renovation & the studio is very nicely presented. All the instructors are great & always make me feel welcome.
