Can I just say the biggest thank you to the girls working Thursday night, especially Bunni. She was so patient and kind with our nearly 3 year old who has been asking for weeks, if not months for pretty earrings like mummy.She doesn’t do well with strangers so we knew letting her get her ears pierced was going to be especially difficult as someone would need to be in her personal space. Our daughter chose to leave the piercing room 3 times as she was scared and had changed her mind which we were supportive of, but she refused to walk out the main door without getting pretty earrings and begged us to go back and try again (there was a lot of tears when she thought she wasn’t going to be able to have pretty earrings!)Everytime Bunni let her come back to the room and showed just as much kindness and patience with her and worked so gently and slowly with her. It’s just over 24 hours later now and she’s so proud of her pretty earrings and telling everyone about them.Thankyou to Bunni and the girls for being not only so knowledgeable, but going above and beyond to show a little girl so much kindness and patience. I know it was a busy evening and the appointment ran much longer than originally planned, but she loves them and keeps telling everyone her new friend did them :)

I had a flat piercing done today by an apprentice named M. His trainer and him were so lovely and calmed my nerves. The piercing was put in with no problems. Best customer service I experienced in a long time. I’m really impressed, definitely coming back soon for more!!

She was really great explaining the process and was making sure the placement was perfect! And making sure i was okay and made me feel less nervous! Definitely recommend seeing her!

My experience was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and tidy. The piercing itself was minimally painful and the piercer worked with me to give me what I wanted. I was told what to expect and what after care was required. Highly recommended.
