My Samsung phone was playing up screen wouldn't turn back on at times and took it to these guys who said it needs screen replacement and Quoted $180Screen replacement was done and paid the $180 but the phone is still doing the same thing it's not fixedWhen I complained he was very RUDE and told me to complain to the OmbudsmanOn the receipt, it states a 30-day guarantee for the same issue

Punctual and knew what they were doing.

Put the wrong screen on my phone, which stopped working, but they won’t fix it unless I pay full price again.Friend went in to pick up the phone (charged more than quoted) and was told it was all good to go.Gave it back to me and I find it WAS ANOTHER CUSTOMERS PHONE.They’re just handing out other people’s phones apparently. But blaming my friend for ‘not checking the passcode’ (there wasn’t one).Took it back, want me to pay again for MY phone.Absolutely hopeless.

0 star!!the place has terrible customer service. went in monday about getting the screen on my phone fixed. she told me the price and that i couldnt get it done that day but she had plenty of stock in (fair enough it was nearly 4pm) went back 2 days later - the price had gone up $40, she argued with me about even telling me originally and that she never had stock in i would have to wait till she was ready to order the screen in.found someone else in the burdekin who could do it instantly for me and had a set price not whatever they decided to charge.WILL NOT EVER GO BACK!

ZERO STARS! replaced iPhone with dodgy screen, then was taken back were they stole screws out of the phone tried disconnecting battery and conning me! Took phone to Townsville where they informed me it was the screen and parts were missing. Do not trust this company!Edit.. I never asked for a replacement or refund you said the screen was working, I was willing to pay then I realised you were lying to me.. you tried to take advantage and say it was the phone over heating and I needed to pay $100 for cooling tape and that the screen was fine, you tried to disconnect the battery too..You should have just been honest and upfront, I got a second opinion where they informed me it was the screen and that you had stole parts out of the phone.. you are thieves! Your small business will not do well in a small town when you try scam and con customers. And lie in your responses! People be very wary of this company.
