Just had the most pleasant shopping experience ever! Laura was the most fantestic sales person and gave great advice about placement of rugs and which type of rugs to use and suggestions for colours in different rooms in the house. I really appreciated the time she took to help me and to talk through my ideas. Nothing seemed too hard for her and I walked away with 3 new rugs! Thank you so much Laura. Bought rug sight unseen from another store as wanted a different colour to that in store.When picking up the rug, it had marks all on it which we were told would come out with a vacuum.They did not.We were told it was not a fault with the product but how the product was wrapped, causing the marks to be there.No refund offered, only credit note.Staff member helpful but hindered but manager who didn't want to give refund as he said he would be stuck with a faulty rug.Taking matter further and if refund not given for selling faulty goods,The law is being broken, which the law is on my side.Look forward the right outcome and eventually getting a decent rug, from a different rug store, who respects customer service and my daughter getting her birthday present, even if it is a bit late now.
